Amanda lamb from Yorkshire Edible Flowers gave a fascinating talk how they grow vegetables as well as edible flowers. Their business was started just before lockdown and had gone from strength to strength. Amanda had brought some samples of the edible flowers for us to try in 7 trays. All very different tasting. She gave some suggestions as to what they could be used for - decoration/recipes etc.
